By 2018 the cryptocurrency market will look totally different because of all the new people playing around in it. There will be many newbies who could care less about what each coin does or about the fundamentals behind a coin. There will be gambler types who will use crypticurrency as a sport of sorts.

I checked BTC-e this morning and I noticed they were talking about Ethereum and Dash in the troll box. I later noticed that those cryptos have been added to the exchange! This is great news.

If you don't think Bitcoin will be worth $1000 by 2020 then you probably should invest in something else. Bitcoin's price will jump around a lot this year and you will need to have a "strong hand" and not panic sell. BTC is not for day traders. If you believe in the inevitability of a minimum $1000 valuation then you believe in Bitcoin and you should buy as much as you are comfortable with.
